Get some fresh coconut squeeze it hard mix a little warm water and apply it to your scalp ans massage gently it is really effective natural way to reduce hair fall. After applying leave it for 30 minutes you can repeat this massage one in a week.
3.You can take regular massage with Olive oil it will reduce the hair fall soon it is a natural best way to nourish your hair, there is no timing or schedule for this massage you can do it without time limits. It will also keep clean from Dandruff.
